This model ships with our standard 1-year limited hardware¹ and software² warranty.
Other warranty options are available for additional cost.

Standard Warranty Features

• 1-year parts and labor¹
• 1-year limited software diagnostics service²
• E-mail and web ticket help desk

¹Limited parts and labor warranty covers defects in workmanship on the part of the manufacturer. All parts are covered for 1 year except for the Optical and Hard Disk Drives which are covered for 3 months. Any damage incurred from upgrading your PC is not covered by this warranty.
²Software diagnostic services cover only software that was pre-installed by Greenbrier Technologies at time of purchase. Software diagnostic does not include any software installed by the end-user nor any web-based applications used by the end-user.
